At BRILLAVISION®, we stand behind the quality of our products. Every purchase of the Dual Boost 15.6" Pro comes with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

  • Hardware or functional issues not caused by misuse or external damage

  • Malfunctions under normal use conditions

What’s Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, accident, or unauthorized repairs

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, cosmetic damage, etc.)

  • Issues due to improper setup or handling

  • Damage caused by using incompatible devices or power sources

How to Claim

To file a warranty claim, please email us at brillavision@outlook.com with the following:

  • Your full name and order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos or video showing the problem

  • Proof of purchase (if not already provided)

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days and guide you through the replacement or repair process. In most cases, approved claims will receive a free replacement unit.

Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is deemed defective.

  • Warranty coverage is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.

  • Warranty is valid for purchases made directly from BRILLAVISION® or authorized retailers.
